Jo Angwin Movement Therapy acknowledges and pays respect to the First Nations peoples of Australia, past, present, and emerging. We recognise that sovereignty over this land has never been ceded.
As an online community, we honour the deep knowledge, culture, and connection to country, body, and community that Indigenous peoples hold, including the traditions, practices, and understanding of movement and health that have been maintained for countless generations. We value the role of First Nations peoples in shaping knowledge about wellbeing and welcome this wisdom within our practice.
