Equipment you will need
For most of the Virtual sessions all you will need is a mat and a few yoga blocks.
The instructor will check in with you at the beginning of your session to see what you have available around you and will help you modify if needed.
Our instructors are experts in their chosen fields and are eager to help you get the most out of your virtual class.
To attend yoga2/3 and inversions you need access to a wall, a mat, a bolster, a few large towels and a chair.
