I haven’t been to a fitness class in many many years due to work commitment. The thought of getting back into doing classes again was so daunting for me. I am so unfit and wouldn’t fit in with everyone who goes all the time. The thought of not being able to keep up with everyone, well just scared me but once you are in you cant leave the class if your dying. I thought I would give online a go. I didn’t even have to have my camera on once the class started I could only see the instructor and nobody could see me. It was great. The pressure was off. If I needed a rest I had a rest and the best thing was I didn’t have to drive anywhere after class just roll up my mat and I’m done. Jo made me feel so comfortable and it was so good to have someone live teaching you. It was a great experience I will return thank you for teacher me today you are amazing 🙏
Equipment you will need
For most of the Virtual sessions all you will need is a mat and a few yoga blocks.
The instructor will check in with you at the beginning of your session to see what you have available around you and will help you modify if needed.
Our instructors are experts in their chosen fields and are eager to help you get the most out of your virtual class.
To attend Yoga Consolidate you and will need access to a wall, a mat, a bolster, a few large towels/blankets and a chair.
