New to Jo Angwin Movement?

Our online studio makes it easy to book classes through our web-based system — just select your session and you’re ready to go.

You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced — there are no expectations. I guide every class clearly and at a pace that suits you, and my aim is to make movement accessible, safe, and enjoyable.

If you’re unsure where to start, I’m happy to have a quick call with you to help figure out which session will be the best fit. We can talk through your goals, any injuries or limitations, and what you’d like to get from your practice.

For most beginners without significant movement restrictions, the Introductory Offer is a perfect place to start. It applies to all general group classes — Yoga, Mat Pilates, Yoga and Functional Fitness sessions. For Yoga, I recommend starting with Yoga 1.

Check the schedule before booking to find the sessions that suit you best — and remember, I’m always happy to chat with you beforehand to make sure you start in the right place.

(Please check classes on our timetables prior to making your purchase)

If you are injured in a way that effects your normal movement significantly, we recommend clearance form your Physiotherapist/Osteopath/GP before commencing classes.

If your injury is acute (red/hot/swollen) or recently post operation we also recommend clearance from a health professional before commencing classes.

Chronic pain – associated with injuries no longer red/hot/swollen – usually responds very well to exercise and the national guidelines recommend maintaining as close to normal activity levels. This includes, rotator cuff syndrome (shoulder impingement) tendinopathies,  lower back pain, hip/shoulder/knee bursitis, meniscal issues

Prenatal & Postnatal 1:1 Assessment

Prenatal:

All new prenatal clients are required to book a 1:1 assessment before attending group classes. This ensures you and your baby are fully supported.

Postnatal:

It’s safe to resume general group exercise after pregnancy, but it should be gradual due to normal postpartum deconditioning. Typically:

  • 4–6 weeks after a vaginal delivery

  • 8–10 weeks after a caesarean (with medical clearance)

Women with a strong pre- and during-pregnancy routine may resume sooner, but light to moderate intensity is recommended initially.

Why the 1:1 Assessment Matters:

Whether prenatal or postnatal, this session allows me to:

Assess which classes are best for you at this stage

Discuss any modifications or considerations specific to your body

Address concerns before moving into small group or general classes

Assessments can be booked as an online call, making it simple and convenient to get started safely.

To book your 1:1 assessment, please call or text +61 412581031This is the best way I can ensure you’re fully supported in your journey.

Please give us a call +61412581031. That way we can take the very best care of you.

If you have purchased the introductory offer, you can jump online to book at any time.

The expiration date can be found easily in your account. No exceptions or extensions.

Once booked into your live streaming class, you will receive a zoom link to the class approx. 30 minutes prior to the class commencement time.

Live streaming classes are an online teaching and learning environment where teachers and students can engage and interact, ask questions, expect instruction and adjustments and best of all work together to progress and improve strength, flexibility and understanding. The key distinction of a live streaming classroom is that it takes place live, in real time and it is not recorded to be used at a later date.

If you can no longer attend a class, please cancel with more than 1 hour notice to retain your class credit. Please note that if you cancel with less than 9 hour notice of class start time, you will lose the associated class credit and if you are an Unlimited Member the late cancellation will be noted.
