Lesson
WELCOME!!!
Every week we’ll get together online and nerd out on a prepared topic ranging from sequencing, exercise layers, tips from Heath Lander and content from White Dog Studio’s internal instructor training program.
I’ll answer your questions and we’ll work together through repertoire from an instructor’s perspective; unpacking the biomechanics, sequencing and juicy cueing details of exercises.
We’ll discuss and explore the subtleties of teaching Reformer and I’ll share with you all the secrets and sequences I’ve learned over the years that go towards making an amazing experience for your clients.
If you can make the live sessions on Thursday at 3pm, I highly encourage you to do so. This is your chance to ask questions, dig deeper and get the best value out of the course. Of course, if you can’t make it, you can always email me on heath@whitedogstudio.com.au or ask a question in the WhatsApp group and I can either answer it straight away or demonstrate it in the next live session.
