The overarching story of White Dog Studio, has been my passion and determination to help people feel better about themselves and their lives through movement. This began with what the industry calls ‘Clinical Pilates’ in my living room 10 years ago.
The sum of this decade working with people living busy lives, looking for help with persistent pain and stress based issues affecting their quality of life, is a system that I have called
WHITE DOG MOVE GOOD
Move Good is moderate intensity program that uses your bodyweight to build strength, fitness and flexibility. It is uniquely designed so that for the entire hour you are moving at a challenging but achievable level. Strength challenges are carefully paired with mobility challenges - you’re stretching when you’re resting - so your heart rate never drops. Every time you master a strength challenge, you move on to a new, slightly harder one.
This keeps you in a flow state throughout the session. Not a dreamy, spaced out ‘with the flow’ type state but rather that rewarding state we experience when the task at hand is just beyond reach; when time is elastic and we pursue our task for the pleasure of endeavour not a number a number, or box ticked.
This is how Move Good works. You will get:
- 1 x personalised strength and fitness program written by us, for you, to get you from where you are to where you want to be
- 2 x Move Good Classes per week for 10 weeks. (At the end of each 10 week cycle we will check in on your goals and adjust your program.)
- 1 x extra Group Class per week that can be used for any class except Small Group sessions. So you’ll be able to choose from a Yoga, Reformer, Mat Pilates or Bar+Bell session
Move Good open to anyone wanting personalised programming and close attention to your movement from us in a supportive and friendly group environment.

$75 weekly gets you:
2 x Move Good sessions per week
1 x Group class of your choice per week
You can choose to purchase this Package in full or as a recurring 10 Week contract that will debit $75 per week from your nominated payment method. If you do not wish to continue to another 10 weeks you will need to advise us once you reach 8 weeks or sooner and the contract will be cancelled.

If you are already on a White Dog Pack Unlimited Membership and would like to try the Move Good Project we have created a 10 week Move Good top up for $24 per week. Please note that the top up functions as an additional 10 week recurring membership with the amount debited on the day of purchase and weekly thereafter. If you do not wish to continue to another 10 weeks you will need to advise us once you reach 8 weeks or sooner and the top up membership will be cancelled.
Due to the limited availability of our time and limited space in our Small Group classes we have limited places available in this project.
We strongly recommend that you leave 48 hours minimum between Move Good sessions. If you choose to join this program, we’ll ask you to commit to the same two sessions per week and advance book you into the sessions you nominate to guarantee your place. We will need to book you into specific sessions in order to optimise your program sequence.
