Week 4 of 10, this session emphasises spinal mobility , continuity and control, specifically in extension - just as week 1 + 2 emphasised flexion or rounding.You will need two 'yoga' blocks or equivalent.
A level 2 class. 45 minutes. Suitable for level 2 and long term level 1 students. Equipment: yoga block, powerband and parallettes.
