Anyone can do it
I can get you up and meditating from the very first class. You don't need any prior experience, just a desire to learn and an open mind. Don't worry if you've already tried it and found it really hard. You'll be surprised by what you can do.
What we teach
Our approach is down-to-earth and deliberately easy-to-understand.
I teach a basic mindfulness practise in level 1. The technique is one you can use outside of class absolutely anywhere you find yourself - at work, on the train, standing in the street.
My mission is to have you fall in love with meditation and to move on to build a practise into your own life - to make you independent of me, or any other teachers or apps. This is where the magic is.

We have no religious affiliation whatsoever.
Our meditation is offered in (school) term-based courses only, so in booking you're committing to attend for the duration of the course. This is to help you get the most from it - the course is progressive, each week building on the last. It's absolutely fine if you can't make the odd class due to sickness or pre-booked holidays, we can catch you up.
Next term starts Monday 3rd October and runs for 11 weeks.
Meditation courses take place each week on Saturday at 9.45am.
Sessions are all levels, so suitable for those who have meditated elsewhere, or absolute beginners who have never meditated before but who want to just jump in and do it.

How to buy/book
Take out a Monthly Membership - Small/Medium/Large can all book in and use class credits. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to state which course you would like to be booked into (day of week and time)
Introductory offer for new customers: Get the first two weeks @ half price! Purchase online and if you don't wish to continue, just let us know anytime in the first 12 days (allowing two days for processing) and we will cancel your membership no questions asked. These memberships can be cancelled with 28 days notice at anytime after the trial period.
